Yes — we tested the Deli DP23 on macOS with JetLabel. It prints over USB using TSPL, so you can print 4×6 shipping labels and barcodes directly, even though Deli’s own macOS support is limited.
Set it up on your Mac.
- 01 Connect the DP23 to your Mac with the USB cable.
- 02 Load a direct thermal roll and run the printer’s calibration feed.
- 03 Open JetLabel and select the DP23 from the discovered USB printers.
- 04 Pick a label size such as 100 × 150 mm or create a custom one.
- 05 Design your label, check the preview, then print directly.
Known issues.
- ▸The DP23 is USB-first; there’s no reliable macOS network path, so keep it connected by USB.
- ▸If output is faint, increase darkness in JetLabel and confirm the roll is genuine direct thermal.
Deli’s macOS driver support is limited, which is exactly why JetLabel’s direct TSPL path is the reliable way to print.
