Work locally on Mac, iPhone and iPad without a JetLabel account. Printing, optional REST and Amazon sources, and Apple purchases use their respective services. The app has no analytics or tracking.
How JetLabel handles your data.
Design labels on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Your label content is not uploaded to the JetLabel developer; printing and exports go to the destinations you choose.
No JetLabel account, registration or login is required to use the app.
The app has no analytics, advertising, telemetry or crash-upload SDK. Local error logging and any reports shared through Apple are separate.
Amazon credentials are stored in the system Keychain with ThisDeviceOnly protection and used for requested Amazon connections. REST source addresses may contain credentials stored in local configuration.
Pro print history is local, enabled by default, and can be disabled or deleted. Backups, table snapshots and serial-number counters are local; manually shared files may contain customer data.
The iPhone and iPad item scanner processes camera frames locally. Bonjour and local network access find and connect to printers. Optional sources and Apple StoreKit also use network connections.
The jetlabel.app website may keep minimal server logs to stay online and secure; details are in the privacy notice.
